We will focus on meeting our followers where they are and how we can inspire them to move in the right direction. Additionally, there will be a special breakout room for directors. After last month's webinar, we'd like to share some ideas inspired by your students. It will be specifically focused on "leading your leaders," highlighting the various ways YOU can help them maximize their leadership effectiveness.

This session will share processes and systems to help booster club leadership bridge the gap from inspiration to execution. The focal point will be strategically building the next team of project leaders and volunteers.
